365 by Whole Foods Market, Hearts Of Palm Salad Cut, 14.1 Ounce

Delicious snack, low calories and excellent flavor. Reminds me of when I lived in Brazil. Not as good as fresh palmito from the farmers market, but it definitely hits the spot.

I always rinse these, and then use them for salad.The quality is excellent, the price is fair, and they add something different to my lunch.They’re fresh, for a canned product, and the texture is excellent.In general, I find the 365 brand from Whole Foods is high quality and reliable.Their brown rice crispies, for example, are better than anything else on the market.

Perfect flavor and texture. These are great to have around to accompany most meals and they even have some protein.

This is the first time I have tried the 365 salad cut, so here are my personal findings.Wow, what a weird choice of cuts they provide (not sure what other brands offer in this capacity as I have never tried them before)! In each can I found the regular round cut pieces to be of very uneven thicknesses; to the point that they needed to be sliced in half to be eaten and were still woody. I also found square cubes which proved to be very firm and woodier than need be for consumption. Then there are the weirdly diamond shaped pieces; some soft, most hard. These are obviously not primo shoots which have been cut into various pieces to eliminate the bad spots.However, I find the flavor of the 365 whole shoots to be of more flavor and texture and far more appealing when presenting to others.So, whereas I will give this product an overall rating of 4, I think I will continue buying the 365 whole stock product.

Taste great and almost any salad, especially an anti-pasta salad.

Not bad, but chopped in little pieces. I prefer that hearts remain whole
