Q: What hardware comes with this drum set?

This drum set comes with no hardware to mount cymbals. The only hardware this set comes with is the mount for the 8" tom that will suspend from a cymbal stand you must purchase yourself, and the mount that inserts into the kick drum and holds the 10" and 12" toms. Please don't hesitate to ask any more questions about this drum set. I needed a 7-piece drum set for playing 3x/week and I've owned it for almost three months so far and I'm very happy with it. Keep in mind you must replaced all the drum heads and tune them to get the PDP quality sound. Do not leave the stock drum heads on there or you will wonder why is doesn't sound as good as you had wanted. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want here and I will answer in detail and provide pictures or video if needed.

This is a Pacific Drum & Percussion kit (PDP), made by DW (Drum Works), possibly the best producer of drums on the market today.

Q: Why is the natural Lacquer cheaper than the rest of the finishes?

I believe there is a set of finishes that are less expensive because they're all one color, or just lacquer in the case of the natural, and another set of "fade" finishes that incorporate two colors, with the fade being the more expensive option. I can tell you that the natural lacquer finish is very beautiful, showing the maple wood grain with a high gloss. You wouldn't be disappointed with them.
