5/5 Stars, it is very small and easy to store, I like the product. Its spray effectiveness is good, sucked up a lot of dirt from my mattress… so the suction worked good! But it would take so many passes for big furniture like a mattress, although it is for a carpet. I would recommend this product for carpet, small furniture, or big furniture if you’re willing to take the time. It’s worth the price. The package was in good condition. The product is in good condition. Easy to clean.

Very effective carpet cleaner. I have one dog who urinates on carpet at times. I was able to get those stains up that were still present even after using some pet stain removers. I was also able to remove a stain from another dog who vomited on the carpet. That stain would not come out with pet stain removers. The area was very dry and the stain and smell is gone.

I’ve used it once so far, for cat barf. I’ve already tried cleaning these areas which always leave a stain. This extractor looks VERY promising. The stains are diminished if not totally gone.Sometimes I found myself holding down the trigger that releases spray while doing the extracting/suction part (when you’re NOT supposed to press the trigger), and I think that worked better.Some report the machine’s body leaking. I have not had that problem. It seems sturdy and is easy to use. I’m happy so far.

Skeptical turned believer! I will admit that my first try I didn't fully realize how to use it, but after playing around with it I realized that soaking it with the spray and doing a quick scrub in different directions really makes a difference!!! Some super hard old stains didn't come out, but this has been my dog's mat and it's adjacent to our stove, so it got extremely dirty over the years. It takes some elbow grease so don't expect to do a light swipe and get perfect results. I'm excited to clean our sofa with it next!!

We have an old dog that we love dearly but he has occasional accidents. We have a larger Bissell carpet cleaner that was a bit of an ordeal to set up and use, but this portable carpet cleaner machine is wonderful and makes cleanups easy and quick. It does an extremely thorough job. I can recommend this machine enthusiastically!

This is a great item for spot cleaning and works well with the solution provided. It has good suction and cleans things that are difficult to wash. I used it in my children’s lunch bags to refresh them for the new school year, and they look brand new now!
