Surprised to say, this works!I had never used a vitamin patch before and was dubious, but figured it was worth a try since transdermal delivery works for nicotine replacement.The first day I used it I found that after a couple of hours some of my leg muscles near my knee started twitching (but I still felt tired and sleepy). Second day had the same muscle twitching but felt less tired and didn’t need an afternoon nap (I’m in my 30s but have ongoing fatigue, so staying awake all day feeling ok is a very good result!)With continued use I found I felt less tired (I do use other supplements but introduced this separately so do believe it to have helped).Once I’d used it for a fortnight I also found I could skip a day. It’s pretty costly so now I don’t use it every day but find that when I do use it it’s effective on the first day.The patch itself is very easy to use and stays on for the full 8 hours without any skin irritation or issues with it coming loose.I tend to apply the patch somewhere on the inner side of one of my arms. It’s not waterproof so I usually apply it straight after my morning shower.It comes off effortlessly when you want to remove it. The only exception being if you forget to remove it and get in the shower wearing it as water seems to make the glue VERY sticky and difficult to remove. Not painful just takes a bit longer to get the glue off completely.I would definitely recommend this for anyone lacking energy, alongside a good diet and proper rest it has definitely helped me.

These patches were not helpful, I feel I wasted my money by buying them.Not many vitamins in the patches, I only used a few- sought advice on appropriate patches/ tablets after my experience with these patches

No test results provided to demonstrate effective trans-dermal absorption. Some of the PatchMD patches claim to have a greater weight of active ingredients, than the weight of the patch itself. Not convinced!

Bought it for the NAD but does not actually contain any. Some clever marketing to say the least, downright lying at best.

WARNING! If you add up all the incredients mg and mcg....they will out weigh the weight of the patch. This is like somebody telling you that you can get a litre of coca cola in a 330ml can! Also the only transdermal patches in the world that work are Nicotine replacement and HRT (hormone replacement patches).... B vitamins and others have a high molecular weight and cant get past skin barrier and therefore cannot be absorbed into bloodstream . Your paying for an expensive plaster...

SCAM they have changed their dosage of all their patches. DO NOT BUY THem. The dosage is so low that it's insignificant. Put your money elsewhere! !!!
