A very fine honey indeed
This is such a lovely tasting honey - Florida beehives; raw and unfiltered. I grew up with honey as a white sugar alternative, and have used it for 70 years. It was only when I began to make wine (mead) from honey that I became obsessed with the quality and taste of honey. I also use honey as a medicinal source of nutrients in ginger-turmeric teas, etc. I use Nate's as a base for my medicinal garlic-honey fermentation and love the taste of my "medicine".There is so much complexity in Nate's wildflower honey and there is an organic choice of raw, unfiltered honey of course. I have sampled many varieties of Nate's honey and would recommend it for all of your needs.

Good, quality honey.
I really like this honey. It flows well. It's a little molasses-y, which is nice. I see from pictures and other reviews that sometimes the color and flavor may vary slightly, and that's understandable. Good size for the price.

Great flavor.
They say you should buy honey close to where you are living so you obtain a strength against local allergies. Blah,Blah. Nate's honey is delicious. Who cares where the bees do their thing.
