I use this pad for when I have period cramps. I place it right over my abdomen and it helps me a lot. I’ve also used it across my feet when my toes refuse to warm up at night, even when the rest of me has gotten sufficiently warm. The control allows me to fall asleep knowing that it will turn itself off when I want it to. The size is perfect for applying heat to smaller areas, while being big enough to cover everything it needs to cover. I haven’t yet tested it in the washer, but the product claims to be machine washable. That’s a big plus for me.

I never had an actual heat pad before as I've only had heated blankets. Heat pads are a game changer! When I have back pain or terrible cramps, the pad is perfect! The auto shut off is the best as it saves energy and makes sure I'm not going to cook myself to death if I accidentally fall asleep for a long time. I like the fabric texture and just really enjoy i! I wish I had a larger one so I can wrap it around my back + stomach, but it is so worth buying this one for the price!

Heats up very fast (within a minute).Can be set for up to 6 hours on.6 levels of heat. 3 is about the heat level of a normal heating pad. This can get very hot.The pad doesn’t feel like a piece of flexible plastic with wires in it. It’s very malleable, which is much more comfortable.The outer material is also very comfortable.I bought a second one.

Takes just a very short time to heat up. Works great! It gets really hot, be prepared to cut it back. Very soft material, made well. I have wrapped it around an injured wrist and it was a great relief. I have used it on my upper to lower back and the size is awesome for that. Highly recommend on just those points alone.

I love these new graphine heating pads because they are lightweight, breathable and use a fraction of the electricity of traditional heating pads. Not so much their durability or their bulky controllers. And that they last a fraction of the time.I still like them better even if electricity was free. But since this my third in a year (different brands) I think I am going to go old school for my next heating pad and wait until the new graphine technology improves.

I love this heating pad. I needed an extra to use at work. The size is just right, it’s very soft, and it’s easy to use. It heats up pretty quickly and the cost is just right.

I have a couple of these and they have performed well, get really hot. Time will tell how long they last.

I gave this sleeping pad 4 Stars versus 5 because the control box and the pad itself get extremely hot over number 3. Otherwise it is very soft and conforms well to the body.
