So effective would definitely recommend if you have breathing issues
Fantastic, it's a brilliant idea for anyone with breathing difficulties. My husband has used one of these before, it helped his breathing and with encouragement he's using it again so I decided to get this as a spare but he's using this one, it's smaller and feels nice when holding it. Having 3 different sizes of the ball it great. Like the blue colour.

Handy gadget and easy to use
Once you get to use it correctly it does benefit my breathing,

It will take time
The item is fine works as it should, is it a benefit for my health? not sure its a bit early to tell its a bit like building muscles in a gym you have to use it a lot to strengthen your lungs. and the excises will make you cough a bit. its not an instance life changer. I wish you well on your journey.

Works over time - patience required.
It works to remove catarrh, creates a vibration to bring the gunk up, need to use it on a regular basis though so it’s not a quick fix but works over time. The ball bearings are good depending on what suits you I use the medium one. It’s always evening when I’m lying down on bed watching TV that I need to cough due to phlegm and this has helped together with the herbal Cavonia syrup for catarrh, anybody struggling I would suggest the two pronged approach.
