Too thick
The quality of the foam and cushioning is great. But the thickness of the whole pad is too much. It would be more comfortable if the thickness was less than 1cm at max. The current level makes the mouse hand rest at a much higher level than the keyboard, and it's annoying when you switch your hand from the keyboard to the mouse or vice versa.
