I am very pleased with this Tart Cherry. I was having to take 2-3 tablets a day for my reason to take it at all. It helps with sleep. Now, this product has a higher concentration 1500 mg per tablet and I can take one a night. I am saving 1/3 of the cost I paid before. This does not work for everyone. I recommended it to one friend and she said (of the lower concentration product) that it didn't help her sleep. She has a very busy and stressed life, though. I'll admit I am just a hyper gal and need to relax. Try it...I take it with 1/2 banana or a little milk as indicated right before turning the light out. It takes about 12-15 minutes to take affect. Also, the type of Cherry is Montmorency (sp?) Cherry. Not any cherry capsules do the trick. Thanks Amazon for carrying this product.P. S. Why take Tart Cherry to help me sleep? I don't like to take drugs long term and yes, they work but this is natural.

Its hard to slam a product when you only try one container. But I really didnt feel any relief.I have DDD which is Degenerative Disc Disease, combined with 3 ruptured disc & 2 protruding/bulging discs from L4-to-S1... with severe arthritis in right hip and some in left.So, pain is my constant companion.I may order some more to give it a true 60 day trial.

My husband suffered a stroke 2 years ago. His right side, including his right leg, are weak. He experienced a serious bout of gout in his left foot with debilitating pain. With his left foot so painful he could barely stand on his left foot, and his right leg/foot so weak he could barely stand on his right foot, it was nearly impossible for him to transfer from wheelchair to toilet, from wheelchair to bed, etc. A friend told us about Tart Cherry juice which helps prevent gout flareups. He drinks 2 ounces each morning, but he can't drink the juice at night because it will cause him to need to use the bathroom again. These tart cherry pills are super. No added sugar, and so easy to take at night. He's been using these Tart Cherry pills for over 18 months and no more flarups!

edit: this company is standing behind it's product. Since I was not satisfied, they did reach out to me to follow up and see how to make things better.This tart cherry, didn't work as well as the combo I use before. After reading the ingredients on both I realized that the tart cherry extract in this one is only 4:1 and in my previous it's 10:1:. I use this to help with my fibromyalgia pain and unfortunately it this one did not help.

Funny, for the 1st time since March 2019 my uric acid levels are down from 9.1 to 6.5. My primary was amazed but here's my dilemma.I added 2 tabs 2x per day for a week before I did my blood draw but I continued taking the Uloric per my doctor so all I can say after 3 tests is, 9.0. 9.1, 9.1 and finally the 6.5.So as of Dec.1 2019 for 30-45 days I will stop the Uloric, take the uric acid capsules and 1 oz. of Aloe Vera twice a day only, take another blood test and report back. I truly hope it's the capsules.I HATE TAKING MEDS!

I have suffered from arthritis pain for years!!! I have had surgery (only got worse) I’ve taken every medication known to man & it’s only a bandaid affect.. This product has only been taking for 5 days & trust me I feel a difference!!! I will be purchasing more once these run out! These SAVED ME!
