It works for me on pain relief the quality is good there is no after taste and it works to me when you see it after you used the bathroom like it turns urine bright yellow

I use this for all it's great benefits but, primarily to help with inflammation and migraines. Does a great job. Price is perfect too. Reminds me I have to buy another bottle.

Plus, I am in my mid-60’s. My knees have hurt at times ever since the injuries and worsen with age. I also have a hip joint that was discovered to have not grown together properly as it should have. This causes back and hip joint issues at times. A friend that has spent time in India told me that after his time there, he began taking Turmeric supplements due to positive experiences from an extended stay in India where they season most of what they eat with Turmeric and don’t have nearly the joint issues as what we Americans do. My friend told me that Turmeric has helped him a great deal with knee pains he sometimes experiences. I will have to take it with meals from now on. I don’t like to have to take something several times per day and prefer all at the same time, so I don’t forget or lose track.Mehs:The price for the recommended 30-day supply is not terribly expensive. Buying a larger quantity discounts the price more, but I want to see if it helps first. One can find regular turmeric supplements cheaper, but with it including the BioPerine at comparable strengths, this product is quite competitive.It will just take time to see if this helps.Hopefully this review helps someone decide about this product.

Love these great quality, no more hip and other joint pain, I can tell when I don’t take for a few days

my ortho cnp suggested I use tumeric to help with pain. I bought this and was amazed at how well it worked. I have avoided surgery on my hand by using this. I like this because it has ginger, bioperine and black pepper.

For general aches and pains I was making a drink mixture of ginger powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, honey, carrot,lemons and an apple. I drank this religiously for several months. It was healthy and good tasting however I didn't noticed a huge difference in my aches and pains. After taking these capsules, 3 per day for about 2 weeks, I have to say that almost all my aches and pains are gone. Plus I do not feel as stiff when I gete up after sitting for a couple of hours. I am 75 years old and fairly active. This product is really wonderful.

I have taken the liquid turmeric sold on amazon, and now I've tried this. The liquid didn't seem to make much difference. So I did some research and determined that this product should give me enough actual turmeric to help, if turmeric was going to help at all. After a couple of weeks of taking this product, there was a change. My problem was stiffness in the finger joints. And after a couple of weeks, the stiffness was less pronounced. Now it's been a couple of months, and I'm at about the same place. The problem is not as acute as it was, but it's still there. The joints are still somewhat stiff/inflamed in the morning, to where I notice it, but as the day goes one, I don't notice it much. Before I started taking the turmeric, my finger joints almost had to be bent by the other hand to move easily. At least in the morning. Now that's not the case. I can move them as your normally do and while there is still some resistance in the morning, it isn't painful. Is it a win? I can't really say. Maybe my expectations were too high? Maybe I thought the problem would go away completely? That's not the case. As an experiment, I am going to stop taking this for a month and see what happens. If the joints become really stiff in the morning again, then I guess I'll go back to taking it. By the way, I'm taking three capsules once a day, at dinner time. You'll need to drink some water with them, because they are not small! I was told I could even double the dose, or take it twice a day, but that seems like a lot, and the effect from three capsules is reasonable. So I'll stick with what I've been doing. We'll see what we see!
