MikasaTrellis Bone China 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4, White Lightweight Porcelain with Textured Design, Chip-Resistant and Dishwasher Safe

Bought a few pieces of this set at a discount store to hold us over after I donated our full dish set prior to moving. We like them so much I ordered this set for our new home. They are very nice quality bone China, light weight, very pretty design that looks nice on our table. We really like the larger cup size for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. They come clean in the dishwasher and when hand washing. We are very pleased with this set.

Very securely packed for shipping, swifter delivery from Amazon than direct from Mikasa. I have recently started collecting the Mikasa Trellis for everyday use. So far it has proved very hardwearing, does well in the dishwasher. I find the individual pieces all thoughtfully useful in their sizes and functions, and enjoy picking up extra pieces when they go on sale rather than having to pay for a whole set all at once. The tasteful and neutral white design makes this set attractive for more formal occasions as well as useful for everyday.

These dishes are some of the best. They have a nice cross hatched pattern that is cool to feel as well as easy to grab!They are just the right amount of thickness, plus they are ceramic so they are tough and don’t break very easily!I love how I can stack them so easily and save much room in my cabinets, I also got them on an amazing deal so the value for my money was very high!Great product from a good brand that I will (and already have) recommend to a friend!

I like the look of these dishes; they can be dressed up for a holiday table. They work for everyday dining also. As noted by others, the mugs do stain easily. The china is lightweight and is durable for the dishwasher and microwave.

LOVE Mikasa - their dishware is so elegant and high quality, yet at very affordable price point, in my opinion. I'm a long fan of Mikasa and will continue buying them.

Beautiful design. Stacks well. Thin in a good way--nice quality bone china. However, it's not so thin that you're afraid you'll break it, and I'm not the most gentle with dishes!Update: A year later still no chips! However, the dishes do stain easily, especially the mugs. Now using different mugs do to this. Stains come out easily enough with denture cleaner, but it's kind of a pain.I love the durability and modern design that references antique dishes and goes with everything. Just wish these dishes stained less frequently.

Simple, clean looking dishes that have held up well to daily use. We have adult children so I can’t say how it would hold up to young children’s use. For us, this set has been great.
