JConcepts 406002 Megalithic - green compound - performance 1.9 scaler tire 4.75i

It seems to be a new,updated version of the ruptures,at least for me, and its probably the best tire I've used yet. Very sticky, it'll climb anything!

fantastic tire, not a knock off, super grippy, they ARE directional! so make sure you install them correctly.bat wings up, grips the rocks REALLY well the sticky compound shows off on rocks, is also really capable on dirt trails, i do love going up and over the same obstacle my bro fails at in same model trucks. hes using hyrax's which ARE good but not as good as these in every situation

The media could not be loaded. I love the way these tires perform! On top of looking smelt, they are super soft and sticky. Went for a crawl session with a friend of mine and he was running the Hyrax’s and I was walking where he had to sprint. We were running different trucks (him in a RC4WD C2X and I in a TRX4) but the lines we were taking wouldn’t have affected much if anything at all. I’ve had the 2.2 hyraxs on the truck pictured before and I think it actually performed better with these 1.9s! I also think I convinced my buddy to get a set of these HAHATo top it all off, these are named in a ban list for competitions (along with ruptures). If that’s not enough to tell you how good these are then I don’t know what is. JConcepts knows what they’re doing with tires!

Definitely an amazing tire. It grips so well on any surface that I’ve thrown at it. The compound is soft and gripping, the size of the tire is really nice, but I do wish they come in a 2.2, and not just a 1.9 size. They look amazing and they perform just well. For the price, spending around $70 for a set of 4 tires isn’t that bad at all.

Im happy with the grip these tires have. However, just one month, and a couple of days after the return window closed, I’m having tearing issues. I vent my tires with a leather punch on the smallest setting but thats not the reason for the tears. These tires are too thin and so grippy that if you don’t fully pack the tire they chew themselves to death. I live in ABQ NM and do a fair amount of crawling on lava rock which can be sharp but I’ve never experienced tearing with VOODOOs which I run almost exclusively. I reached out to Jconcepts a week ago for any assistance regarding supprt but they haven’t replied to my email. I will update this should Jconcepts or the seller reach out to me. UPDATE, I bought some Landmines and they do not grip as well. Ended up super gluing the tears and putting back on the Capra. I love em. I still haven’t heard from Jconcepts. Pitty! UPDATE#2, Mac from Jconcepts gave me a call and I can now say they stand fully behind their product! Thank you Mac!

Excellent product

I own quite a few different brands of tires. These are by far the stickies set I've ever seen.No tires where damaged during filming. 😉Edit; One little small complaint I have. The tread life is a little short. I drive these at least 4 days a week and I'll be buying a new pair every 3 or 4 months. Thats the price you pay! 😀

Great tires, sticks to wood and rocks well. Soft as any other green compound tire.
