It works to hydrate my body after workouts and alcoholic drinks, as well as stabilize my vitamin intake, so I'm not losing additional amounts of nutrients. You get over a months supply of these patches, to use as needed. The results for the patch can take as little as one hour, with a maximum effectiveness of about four. Be sure to place it where it won't interfere with clothing, as the adhesive won't be as effective if you need to adjust it. I recommend applying it within the rib-cage area, where your body doesn't get much movement. My friend had me try this on a cruise, but the label said for men and they worked amazing and stuck to skin. The product does not stick to skin, patch is much bigger then friends patchex. I had ZERO affect when I wore it, but again they don't stick. I opened 2nd pack thinking maybe a fluke, but same result. Should have returned them before opening 2nd pack.
