Q: I must be blind, but i can't find the voltage ranges. does anyone know what they are? i need disconnect at about 12.8v and reconnect at about 13.9v

For lead acid battery Charging voltage around 13.8V Fully charged battery without charger on 12.5V Fully discharged battery without charger on 10.5V, drawing voltage down below this will start to cause the battery damage. The ranges described here seem odd. Would disconnect a fully charged battery and not reconnect when charging voltage is applied. Maybe your application has nothing to do with a battery and you are using this for some switching application. Hope this helps.
