I was so aggrivated when that cheap-o toaster just stopped working. It was less than 4 months old and bought it new...I just wanted a plain-jane toaster and I guess I got that...and one that just didn't work well. This one, just after I got it out of the box, I did the things it asked me to do before using it the first time, and then I was just itching to make some cinnamon toast - I make my own bread and cinnamon toast is a great fast breakfast with hot tea when I gotta get up and get busy. This toaster was very easy to use and set for my use - the digital darkness +/= works well even when toasting "real" bread like mine. A very reasonably-priced toaster that works really well.

Great toaster! Very quick even toasting w.out burning. Replaced a toaster I had paid 45.00 for because it looked good on the counter. I nowq dont care we just want good toast. We have 2 of these. Big tip is to put bright finger nail polish on the round selector knob as it is hard to see where the line is. Cant go wrong with the color black. It is small and easy to put in a cabinet when company comes. I think I mentioned all the words to make AI happy but most important, I am happy !

Very basic little toaster. Does not toast evenly but we're not that fussy. We just wanted something to toast bread.We just got black to match the other appliances so color is good. Speed of toasting is normal. It looks sleek and smaller so doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter. Nice long cord.Sturdiness seems to be average. The biggest plus is its value.No fancy bells & whistles. After reading one review, I used a white paint pen and highlighted the indentation on the dial so we can see what the setting is.One other thing... regular Aunt Millie's Lite bread seems to be too tall bot once again, we're not stressing about it.If all you want is toast, this is a good choice.

I have been using the Elite Gourmet toaster for a while now, and it’s been super reliable. It toasts evenly, heats up fast, and is really easy to use—great for everyday breakfast. One thing I really like is the little tray at the bottom that collects all the breadcrumbs. You just slide it out and dump the crumbs—makes cleaning so much easier. It’s a simple toaster, but it works really well!

I bought this toaster as a replacement because my oldest son bought one, and he seemed happy with it. As an everyday toaster, it leaves something to be desired, but it is good at its price point.Being a stainless steel-like finish it is attractive but easily dirtied. It has touch buttons for darkness, lever release, and basic bread types. It only has six darkness settings, unlike most manually adjusted toasters, but they are sufficient for my family.The toasting is generally uneven, especially if you use four slices of something like Wonder Bread (TM), but is sufficient for general use. If you are using something wider, you can only toast two slices at a time. I wanted a toaster that can toast four slices of wider bread at once. To avoid confusion, I want to clarify that toasters with "wide" slots are talking about the depth of the slice of bread, not the width. Wide-slot toasters rarely fit wide-loaf breads. If you have multiple toastings to do in a row, drop the darkness by two levels or let it cool down for a few minutes between.A significant (to me) positive is that it has a lever that, when pressed down, pops up a warming rack.Overall, I am satisfied with this toaster, but you get what you pay for. It's sturdy, and will do its job, but there are also better options if you are willing to spend a little more.

Works fine except did not come with the load lever plastic part. Still works though. Also, do not shake crumbs out by turning it upside down. Pull the lower drawer out and dump them. I turned upside down and got crumbs into the magnetic contact point, and it prevented the load lever electro magnet (holds the toast down as it cooks) from holding the toast down. I had to open the toaster to clean it. This potential issue is likely a problem with any toaster.

I never imagined this dinky little toaster is better than the 'big Boys. It arrived on time and packaged very well. Since I first plugged it in & of course made toast, Me and all my space is under 'happy conditions' because this little toaster really gently browns the toast which makes me happy. And I am not only happy, but I am very well PLEASED with the workings of this nice little toaster. Thank You

I love the fact that this is digital and it has not burned my toast at all yet. I do have one complaint though unless you’re putting a short piece of toast a lot of toast is just too tall so you have to turn it over for the second time and then you get that partial overlap we’re part of your toast is just not perfect. It does look nice as far as aesthetics in my kitchen though and we do use it every day
