Brilliant item, picture great quality and easy to use, even just to play it’s fun but practical application is excellent

Bought this for intercepting and redirecting a wire in a cavity wall, and then used occasionally afterwards. Worked as intended, it is by no mean a professional product so don't expect to do the impossible. The picture is clear and you can direct the camera where you want to, with a bit of fiddling. The cable is needlessly long in my opinion, as you can't really do much after 1 meter with a push, it holds the curve you give more or less but not enough to follow complex paths or avoid obstacles.I recomment it for diy and light use, it did a good job for me a couple of times.

I needed to investigate a waste disposal unit which had a fault. Being a domestic customer, I could no justify a lot of money, so the very expensive ones were not an option.This product is an ideal compromise.The image is very good and serves most purposes. If you need more accurate images it has its limits, but people with these needs are probably buying the expensive ones! For use around the home and garage, this is very good quality for very reasonable money. I would recommend!

For the money this is absolutely spot on!I borrowed an inferior tool similar to this maybe 8 years ago, it had cost the owner nearly £200. I personally think this is better and is a fraction of that cost.Ideal for getting into those tricky locations to try and locate faults.Regarding other review comments about poor image quality, I would tend to agree with this. However, we don’t really need super high quality images of these areas. It will be adequate to locate split hoses, blockages, or give you an insight into certain areas that are otherwise impossible to see.Considering this isn’t much more than a Bluetooth tool, which I had before this, they’re incompatible. Bluetooth ones drop in and out of connectivity, have an inferior lead quality and most importantly doesn’t have anywhere near as many features as this.I used this to check the bore condition of a rebuilt, but very old engine. I have included a photo of the screen, it shows the home marks in the bore well enough, so the image quality isn’t that bad.The camera lead is pretty good, on this it has a good amount of resistance. So you can bend it into position and it will retain that shape which is just what you want. Not no floppy cable.The lead comes tied up with Velcro wrap which is great! Much better than a wire tie which ends up in the bin.Comes with a few handy tools, magnet and mirror for those hard to reach bits you’ve dropped or hard to see areas.Quality of the tool seems very good, time will tell how it holds up, but at this money it’s great!If you need something to see in those hard to reach areas, this is ideal! If you’re working on newer cards where everything is shoe horned in, this will save you so much time in tracking down problems, even to help locate those hard to see fixings.I was on the fence about this because I’m tight, but bought it in offer and well happy.

Bought to try and find my wife’s wedding ring dropped under the floor boards. We didn’t find it, but the image on this thing is SUPER clear. The camera cable is a little tricky to manoeuvre as you thread it in, but that’s expected - it’s a cable. Flexible enough to get into most places and bright enough to see where you’ve managed to get it. Screen is built solid and the whole thing is easy to use. Used to check out a possible leak behind a toilet too. Just generally handy for those hard to reach places to get a better look before you start taking the house apart. Unfortunately, my wife’s missing wedding ring may still require that anyway..

Good battery life that recharges quickly and a long lead that you can bend into shape to get the job done... but that's about it; The screen might be 1080p quality but the camera doesn't feel like it. Defo' a device for up-close details, but you'll have your work cut out for you trying to get it down anywhere that isn't a straight line or naturally forces the device to bend.As an example, I was using it to investigate between pipes, under cabinets and such unreachable spaces, where I had to overcome a u-bend before a long straight for a meter. It took a few minutes of wrangling just to get it the right-way up and not twist itself before I could finally get it across a meter gap towards where I wanted it. All the while trying to deduce where I was by the grainy footage until I managed to get it up close.Certainly good for a budget, DIY and so on, if the case calls for it, though if you're a professional expanding their arsenal then splash out a bit more.

A great piece of kit, lightweight, sturdy and I give it four stars because the screen is a little bit grainy but don't let that deter you.Items for crystal quality screens are vastly more expensive than this and this will be more than sufficient for the home user.Very easy to use, very useful and very happy with mine.
