Q: does this have natural and/or artificial flavors?

There are no ingredients added to the coffee, as needed to be described by FDA requirements. All Traditional Vietnamese coffee is wet-roasted, meaning a small amount of oil is used, and this is not added to the ingredient list because it is considered a processing method, like greasing a pan in a bakery. No artificial ingredients are used. We have been selling the product since 2005 and we have never had a problem with this... not one allergy report or other complaint.

Q: Does this coffee contain dairy?

Even though the ingredients label is confusing (it says that it contains butter flavoring), there is NO dairy in this product. It DOES however, contain a chocolate flavor (very light).

Q: How many calories per serving?

7 calories per brewed 8 ounces of coffee.

Q: Is this whole bean or ground?

Ground.... not sure if this one comes whole bean. Good Robusta!
