Initially effective, although they do look a bit clunky.They have faded quite quickly and any glow is not as obvious.Made a novel gift, albeit for not a long as hoped.

Well if you want blue dusk caps for your tyres these are perfect. If you want glow in the dark that makes your carv look special and unique then forget these. Don't do what they are advertised to do. Will be asking for a refund
