The majority of reviewers in YouTube seem to be positive and they absolutely love this product, a light bulb fixture surveillance camera, unfortunately I am not one of those people that is definitely not happy with this product. There are a lot of reasons why I won’t be buying this product again and I really don’t know why so many people love product with all the problems I am having with this surveillance camera. I live in a very windy state out west and evidently this surveillance camera was not designed to be used where they live is windy. I am sure that a lot of people except the surveillance camera to shake quite a bit in very windy weather but the surveillance camera seems to get confused in heavy wind with the wind blowing the camera moves left and right and left and right very rapidly like it is possessed by something evil, moving back and forth very rapidly in all directions and when it gets that way when I need to control the in which I want the surveillance camera where I want it to go it won’t let me have control where I want to look like the surveillance camera has a mind of its own and I am fighting with the surveillance camera to allow me to have control of it to see where it want to see not where it wants to look. Even on a light breee of a day the surveillance camera goes crazy wanting to watch the leaves in the trees blow back and forth and a shopping bag blowing in the wind it’s got to watch the shopping bag blowing in the wind. When I take the dogs out the camera would rather look at the door frame of my front door than ti watch where me and the dogs are going. This surveillance camera ha no problems informing me that it loves to watch the moths and flying bug that are attracted to the light from the surveillance camera and surveillance camera seems to love all the attention that it gets from the moths and bug’s attracted to it’s light to the point it doesn’t go where it want it to go. The online cloud that stores videos and records alerts is worthless and definitely not worth $120 a year when the only alerts that I see recorded is of no importantance to me that mostly records the leaves blowing in the trees and bugs and moths attacked to the light of the surveillance camera and unimportant things that I don’t need recruitings of and the camera very rarely records vehicles and people going up and down the street. Lastly if I lose internet connection the surveillance camera is difficult to get reconnected back on the network ad this surveillance camera is more of a frustration to me than a help to me.

Camera is working well. It stopped functioning but was able to press the RESET and get it working again.

Great value but other than that I'm disappointed. Camera never stays in saved positions. Tracking is okay but can become annoying when you get alerts for leaves moving on the wind or an insect passing by. But that's only of the camera stays on the right positions. Mine always for some reason turns toward my house so at this point it's useless because I got it to see the street and yard areas.

It was a great product, i just think the app control could be better

Work great for a great price . Do need WiFi or internet of some sort .Love the intelligent mode , follows moving target until out of sight .Subscribed to the basic plan , works perfectly for me . You don’t have to subscribe but it’s worth it . Very happy with the results . Ordering a few more for family and friends..

I have bought this camera on two different occasions thinking that the outcome would be different. Cameras only last maybe a good 6 months, then after it will disconnect from WiFi and never connect again. After this all the camera will do is beep beep beep, without connecting to the WiFi and without ever working again. I done plugged into numerous light sockets only to get the same results. For the price it’s a quality camera for 6 months, but the detection sucks. The motion detection never detects people so the clips you will see in the cloud will only be clips after people have passed by due to I’m guessing a time delay. Will not recommend unless you need this temporary

User's info pamphlet is printed in nearly MICROSCOPIC font...nearly impossible to read even with prescription glasses and a magnifying glass! GOOD LUCK READING IT!Simple installation??? Well, yes, sort of...if you can screw in a lightbulb it's supposed to work. That's where the fun begins! After five hours of frustration and bad language, I called my tech-savvy daughter to come help. She had them working in just over two hours. Simple...not so much.After three days of playing with these cameras, trying to figure out how to use these things, I just discovered that to make them fully functional I will have to pay a monthly/yearly subscription fee as well! Oh, goody! That will probably guarantee they get returned. It's been a horrible experience since the moment they arrived, and I have no idea how you are supposed to be able to retrieve what's been recorded. Am I supposed to buy a "chip reader" of some kind. This has NOT been a fun experience. My suggestion...buy something made in America...if there is such a thing.......ICING ON THE CAKE: I GIVE UP!!! I have now given up trying to turn these surcveilence cameras into anything approaching "useful." They do record stuff but are so sensitive they alert your phone no less than 600 times s day with an alert sound (that is NOT an exaggeration)! Even after I set the sensor to the lowest possible detection sensitivity, it still alerted me to every moth, bee, mosquito, and fly around. Also just discovered right at $100 of subscription fees to an apple cloud connection that was never mentioned :( ARRRGG!!! They should take this piece of crap off of the market...PLEASE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISSAPOINTED AND AGRIVATED BY ANY PRODUCT,,,EVER!!!!
