Works great
I have been suffering with on and off low left sided back pain for many years. After hurting my back a year ago at the gym I tried physical therapy, the chiropractor, stretching and nothing helped. I finally looked up on tik tok how to get rid of SI joint pain because it wasnāt really low back it was my SI joint and it would radiate to my hip never up or down my leg. I saw a video where a lady said you need to releases your iliacus muscle and to release your piriformis muscle and I came across this tool. This tool is adjustable so you can get in to different muscles by changing the hooks. After using this tool I finally have no low back pain and I recommend this tool. It seems a little pricey but to have pay $50 dollars each comes for the chiropractor with one days relief this tool is worth it!

GET IT!!!
As an amateur competitive golfer, I donāt always have time to go to PT, etc and struggle with tight hips/back from my desk job. This helps SO much. Also handy is the guide that includes great exercises. Very durable, perfect size, and super effective.THANK YOU THRIVAL. A tip from myself: to increase comfort and reduce pressure, just fold and add a towel over the heads so you can tolerate it better.

Like a deep tissue massage - uncomfortable at times but very helpful. Might try the soft covers
*Edit- after 2 weeks of using this, I find itās been very helpful. Itās useful for different hip & thigh muscles that are hard to reach, and very helpful for tense calves. Glad I went ahead and got this.Original review: I just got this yesterday and tried it last night. My hip has felt tight and has ached for a year or so. Thatās my fault for not exercising and stretching as much, but once that problem happens, itās not easy to address. This works to help release the iliacus muscle and seems to have a very positive effect on other muscles that are affected by it. I already feel much less tension and pain. This is easy to assemble, disassemble and pack when traveling. The meat grinder and other attachments are a super hard plastic . I didnāt know there were soft covers available, but there are. Since I didnāt purchase them, I doubled a blanket and draped it over the whole thing to soften the pressure. Even with that, it was a lot of pressure, and I feel bruised today. BUT we all know getting to tight muscles like this is going to involve discomfort, so that was no surprise. The takeaway for me is that it seems to help considerably with hip area tension- itās similar to a deep tissue massage- it may hurt pr be uncomfortable at the time, but it help considerably, so I do it. Iāll continue using this . Curious to know if the soft covers make much difference. Also curious to know if the Aletha hip hook is any more comfortable. If so, Iād definitely consider trying it based on my experience w thisā¦

Excellent muscle targeting system for pain reduction. Save the chiro visit.
One of the few items I've purchased on Amazon, used briefly, and rushed to come write a review. I've also recommended this product in person to more than one person.I golf a lot. And golf puts a lot of stress in your hip/ psoas/etc. Over time, even with stretching, I have experienced quite a bit of outside hip pain.Well, unfortunately for me I hurt my lower back recently. The lower back pain brought sciatic pain as well. I've been going to a chiropractor for a month on that front, but this whole situation has caused me to dive deeper into what is causing my hip/ sciatic pain. Out of mainly a feeling of I will pay anything for something that will make this go away, I bought the thrival pro set.I've only been using this set for a week now, but the results have been incredible. When I start to feel hip/ sciatic pain, I can target areas which release the pain. I have done nearly every muscle target that comes in the how to guide. Each attachment has its specific purpose. My chiropractor has been doing advanced decompression techniques to treat my lower back, which has been helping a lot, but now I can do lighter versions of that with the roman arches. The bullseyes really help target psoas and other muscles, and being able to directly target my hip flexors does wonders. The IT band, when tight, also contributes to hip pain and it is a very hard muscle to stretch unassisted. I've spent a lot of time with the thrival targeting my IT band.I highly recommend this system. Even if it can reduce a little pain, if you are in my shoes it is worth it.

won't be returning this!
really interesting to use! the first therapeutic device of this kind i've ever gotten and i really do feel it's working. it hurts a bit, you learn to tolerate it bc you understand how it will provide relief once it's over, but i recommend laying a towel or two down on top of the knobs to ease some of that pressure; it may be too intense for some, at first.also, i have a gut, so i really can't tell if i'm getting the psoas muscle perfectly lol! i try to aim it in that crevice by the hip bone and groin, but can't tell if i should be going higher up. regardless, i feel like it's working to unlock some of that stiffness i've been experiencinglastly, even as a deep tissue trigger point massager this product shines, and is used for that purpose just as much as its original intended use. the moveable knobs can be spaced and rotated to hit all muscles you need it to, and deeply. glutes, lats, shoulder blades, and legs all benefit from positioning the muscle above the knob(s) and gently lowering onto the device, while slowly moving back and forth on it once the spot is found. i use it as much as i can, but like all deep tissue massages, you don't want to do it too much as you can quickly get to the point of diminishing returns quickly
