Works great. I used to have to go to the ENT to clean my ears out. Now I use sodium bicarbonate in water in my ears for 12 minutes each. Then I lean over the bathroom sink and squirt lukewarm water in my ears 3 or 4 times/each. I can see the cerumen in the sink. I no longer need to go to the ENT for cleanings.

Easy to use and practical to have if you've ever had an ear infection or just for simple maintenance.You can rinse and extract comfortably.

it worked perfectly. I had a blockage deep in my ear that I was too afraid to take out with an in-ear camera scooper device. This felt safer because I felt I had more control since I was the one controlling the intensity of the water being pushed as well as the temperature of the water. I recommend starting off slow in order to build up in intensity with the flushing if you're a scaredy cat like me.

Overall, effective, but be careful with the four-way squirter: more than once when using it, it detached from the bulb and the only way I could remove from my ear was with tweezers.

All in all, it works. It really helped to flush stuff out. I personally recommend doing it while your head is level, that way water doesn't get trapped behind your eardrum. The extra head it comes with is nice too, just be careful when using it, it likes to shoot water pretty quickly.
