Really like these. I take along with Citrulline and it’s provides a noticeable amount of energy and endurance. I especially notice it when running. And for what’s it’s worth, the improved blood flow will give you a little bump in the bedroom.Been taking for about 5 years, no side effects, lost about 40 lbs and I’ve been able to stop taking blood pressure medication. Obviously can’t attribute all of that to this supplement, but it was certainly a part of the equation for me.
