Perfect to use for first aid or sports injury
Great if you suffer from migraines.Small and compact design - not bulky at all.Very soft and skin friendly.Add ice and water if you like.Quality materials and good seal to keep water in.Flexible as you can use with warm water as well.

Super Quality
Absolutely brilliant little ice pack. I had a hydrocortisone injection for tennis elbow and was told by my Dr to ice pack it every day. 2 weeks on and using this twice a day, I am pain free. Brilliant quality, leak free and works well. Instructions are on the box but frankly, what’s to know…put in ice, a drop of cols water and screw down the top.

It’s a good product. Well made and sturdy and, because it’s malleable, it’s great for injuries in bony, awkward areas. I have used it a lot since it arrived.

Just the job for cold or hot treatments.
Great choice for ice pack on hamstring, and hot compress. A little fiddly to get ice cubes into the bag snd out again if still frozen. Best to just stand it upside down on the top and let it drain away. Overall, a great choice for treatment, instead of gel packs which need freezing or heating in the microwave. (Dont have a microwave!).
