Drive Girls - PlayStation Vita

Cute, sexy, fun, charming, and silly. Drive Girls is a really fun budget title for fans of hack and slash games like Neptunia Action U and Blanc VS Zombies. The car transformation mechanic is silly but surprisingly fun for this style of game.5/5 for the fun gameplay, reduced price, and the fact it supports my PlayStation TV.

I did some light research before the game arrived, and it mostly portrayed this game negatively. Now that I have actually played it, I can see where these reviewers were coming from, but I still quite enjoy this game. It plays a lot like Senran Kagura, however this game has the car gimmick which is silly but pretty fun. One aspect that I found annoying in the initial hours of the game was the camera control, but once you get deep into the gameplay, you adapt. This one fault is still not stopping me from enjoying this game. One other criticism that I read was that this game was visually subpar, (PS2 graphics were the comparison). Sure, there are no groundbreaking visuals going on here, but it still looks good to me. I was playing this on a Playstation TV too. I would recommend people look into this game a bit first before they buy it. I pretty much knew what I was getting myself into and the low price tag was an added bonus to a great game.

Not really a great hack & slash, but the driving elements are cool. Some of the later enemies just get stupid and frustrating and take away from the game, but it's decent overall

The other reviewers seem to be expecting a huge open game on par with a triple A ps4 release. Its a simple ps vita game. Its a fun to play hack and slash, Controls arent completely awful like some recent games, Camera control isnt bad if you reduce the sensitivity. Its completely honest, you have cute girls who transform into cars, and not much else. But who cares? Its fun and a good way to waste time, isnt that what matters?

I hate to be that guy but this game is as boring as they come. The customization is weak if even present (just some stickers), game play requires little more than button mashing, and the characters are dull and uninteresting. I understand that there is a limited number of English translated games that fit into this genre, but I really would not recommend this game to anyone.

To the reviewers that don’t think this game is “serious” enough (and yes, there are more than a few out there): it’s half naked girls that turn into cars and shoot and run over enemies. WHO CARES IF IT HAS A PLOT?! I didn’t hear you dorks complaining when the last Avengers film had all the story of a suburban real estate pamphlet. This game is great, albeit a bit short. Guns. Girls. Cars! What is not to love?

love this game. don't take it too seriously & enjoy the mechanics. it's also a doable platinum for trophies.once you've beaten the game though there's really not much to do (no new game+ mode or anything like that) but it's a very enjoyable game
