This product is all what it says it does. I work an hour and a half from my home and I’m always tired and my energy is very low after work and while driving, I feel like I wanna fall asleep. I get a full nights rest, and I go to the bathroom quite frequently, which is good. I take two a day.

We have tried these a few times and it's hard to know how truly effective they are. For our family the results were subtle if anything. My teenage daughter who sometimes struggles with anxiety has used them and they seem to make her feel better but it is difficult to know whether that is a result of the Ashwa or simply the idea of the Ashwa. They taste ok.

Tastes great. Cant tell how much is helps. Also doesn’t say how much ashwagandha is actually in it which is frustrating.
