I use it on my knees it actually stops the feeling of having a nail driven into my knees. I will reorder this stuff.

It does work. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the overpowering scent.

I’ve used all sorts of rubs, ointments, gels and roll ons in my search for pain relief. Doctor won’t prescribe a narcotic “yet”. I am anticipating hip replacement surgery and for some reason have developed sciatica. On top of that the knee on the same side decided to act up too!! I read about myrrh and frankincense and the ability it has to relieve pain among other uses and decided to give this product a try.For me it was a miracle!! Holy cow!! With such relief I was able to get some really good nights sleep. Plus there is no feeling of having been out on an all night drunk the next morning (as in gabapentin the doctor would prescribe ). And it didn’t cost much. It was a worthwhile purchase. What have you to lose? Give it a try. Best wishes for your comfort.

This product has a clinical smell that is unbearable. I couldn’t tell you if it works or not. I had to wash it off with five minutes.
