Great customer service!
My clasp broke on my bracelet and within 24 hours they sent us both a new bracelet. Will be returning our first set tomorrow. But super impressed with customer service!!

Bracelet tarnished
Very disappointed with this product. It came late and already changed color and tarnished a copper color within 3 days. I was giving this to my sick mother and very upset with how it looks after a few days.
