I always cramp horribly the day before and first day of my period. These make life so much easier. They're hard to find so I'm glad I found a multi pack on here.They stick well, they're perfect sized, and help ease the pain so I can work or deal with the family as needed. They last nearly 6-8 hours before I either need to change it out or just use a normal heating pad. It was a good value for the price, I just wish they could get a little hotter.

The instructions say not to put it directly on your skin but on your underwear. Now, it does warm up and you do feel it. Is it super hot or even really warm no but it is warm? Yes. It’s helped me with my period so it works decent enough for me.

Works like a charm and it lasts for over 8hours. It gave me quick pain relief. It takes a few minutes to kick in all you have to do it open the package and peel the paper off. It’s so easy and the perfect size for me and my daughter. I’m in the bigger side but it still does what needs to be done. Love it

My kid loves these for cramp relief while she’s at school. Easy to apply and stays on until removed. Like a portable heating pad! Wish they were a bit more cost effective.

If I had left a review the first few times I purchased (since 2023) this item then I would've given it 5 stars. I used to love this product to help with period cramps but I've noticed they haven't been as effective as before. I can barely, if at all, feel the heated sensation. Before it would only take a matter of seconds before it would warm up on my skin but now I can't feel a thing.
