No offers yet and still praying, however the experience has been life changing.
I had never heard of doing this tradition when selling a house until a few weeks ago. My wife and I have put our house on the market the very last week in June. We are relocating and we need to sell our house as soon as possible like most people and we have planned to go ahead and move our family regardless if the house sells or not.The very day I heard about this, within 15 minutes my realtor called and someone wanted to look at my house immediately. I ordered the statue and put it in the ground and the very next day we had another couple wanting to see our home. Since then, things have got very slow, but our hope is at a all time high. We are very stressed about our future and the difficulties that may arise, but just the hope this statue brings has strengthened my self development and our relationship beyond my imagination. We are still where we started a few weeks ago, but we have grown tremendously. I will update our progress. Please say a prayer for us!!!

Works every time. We sold our home to the first person who looked at it.

Jumping Josephat!
To make a long story short, I buried my statue this past Monday night. The house had been on the market for nearly six months. Tuesday we showed the house to someone new, and we had a signed contract that night! Thank you, St. Joseph! This arguably miraculous result occurred despite the fact that I did not follow the instructions precisely. At first I buried the statue face down, thinking that was upside down. I did not realize my "mistake" till after the contract was already signed. I also did not say the prayer that came with the instructions because it did not suit my spiritual orientation. I prayed in the way I felt moved. My experience and my gut both tell me that the important thing is to reach out to the Universe and make some gesture of inviting and accepting help from our friends in high places. Apparently there is a morphic field centered around this particular practice of burying a St Joseph statue to sell a house, hence the power this gesture appears to have for so many.EDIT submitted July of 2013:I told the original story as it happened, but have been meaning to tell of the turn of events. The original contract did not go through. The statue was buried again. This time nothing worth mentioning here occurred for a couple of months, but then the house did sell. There may or may not be any connection, but I still like the statue and feel good about keeping it nearby. The sense of hope alone is of value.

Great item
I purchased this, put it in the plant in my front yard and within 1 week I had a few offers and another 30 days my house was sold!

My favorite past time is to playfully joke with her about ...
My mom has had her house for sale for almost a year now, and she's always trying crazy ideas to sell it. One of these ideas involved burying a little statue of Saint Joseph upside down in the yard. Of course, as any logical person knows, it didn't work. My favorite past time is to playfully joke with her about this. I decided to play a little prank on her and bought six of these little guys. While she was out one day, I let myself into her house with the spare key and hid these statues all over the place. There was one in her cupboard, one in her sock drawer, one in the top shelf of her medicine cabinet, one in her lunch box for work, one on the back deck, and (my personal favorite) one on the top ledge of her shower. She called me a few days later having been startled by the one in her shower and demanded to know how many there were and where they were. I didn't tell her. Over the course of the next few days, she scoured her house and located all six. She called me triumphantly saying she found them all. I laughed and told her there were seven. She's still looking for a seventh, and I'm still laughing.

He worked!
All I can say is after more than 60 days with only 2 lookers, once St. Joseph was inserted in the ground, as directed, there were multiple lookers and and house was under solid contract within 10 days. 🤷🏻♀️ House just closed this week! Have used St. Joseph to sell 4 houses over the years and within days, had solid contracts. May well be chance but something worked!!

Worked For Us
Let me preface this entire review by saying that I am not Catholic; I was raised protestant so praying to anyone other than God/Jesus is foreign to me. After our first buyer backed out, we needed a miracle so that we could sell our home quickly and get our daughter into a new school district at the start of the new year. I ordered this from Amazon in early June and buried Joseph upside-down in our front yard close to a tree and near the realtor sign on 6/8. I asked God to send the spirit of Joseph to watch over our house and send a buyer our way. We kept the house tidy and clean in the meantime. I prayed to God for this without ceasing but especially on that Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and by Wednesday we had someone at the house to look at it (our buyers). By Friday they had made the same offer as our original that fell through. Last Thursday (7/10) we closed and moved into our new home. There are other houses in our previous neighborhood that are still for sell after being on the market for months, so it does seem like divine intervention that all of this worked out. If you are a person of faith, you should try this.

sorry, skeptics - it worked!
Seriously, I had my doubts. But after 3 weeks with no offers in this tough market, and then a price drop and still no offers for my son and daughter in law on their house, I ordered St. Joseph. Buried him (upside down, of course) by the For Sale sign in the front yard. Next day Realtor called them to say an offer was coming in, and by the following morning, they had two offers, both over the reduced price, and near their original asking price. I'm not a Catholic, but I will find a way to honor St Joseph on March 19th!
