Q: Is this easy to clean? I have a Ninja blender, and the blades make me nervous when I take it apart to clean.

Definitely yes! This is a SMALL blender— so hot soapy water / or soak with a little baking soda )if blender has not been cleaned right after usingjis all that is needed. Good hot rinse and it’s clean- I LIKE that the blades don’t remove as the small Ninja I have do— and they are of course much larger— but VERY sharp- but this blender does all things including vegies.meat etc— so needs to be removed for best cleaning.

Q: Can I blend ice? For a smoothie?

I have no problem with ice for smoothie. I blend all other ingredients (including about 8 oz liquids - milk and yogurt) then add ice cubes one at a a time. This is easy to do as the blades are at the bottom so ice cubes can be dropped in from the top. May need to press cubes down toward blades with a spoon.

Q: should i get this blender ? is it really good for iced products ? i always use frozen fruits

It worked fine for me for that purpose. I used just frozen fruit, cold water, and stevia or splenda. It did a great job with no need for added ice, until it quit working. I don't know if all of the frozen stuff hastened its' demise or not, but I probably got my money's worth. I have since purchased a larger Oster blender, and it doesn't do nearly as well for the "Icee" type smoothies as this one did. I have to add ice cubes, crush them, and then add my other ingredients, and they still aren't as good.

Q: How to clean it? I do not have a dishwasher.

A drop of liquid dish soap, 1/3 full of water, turn it on and let it blend for a minute. Rinse with clear water.
