Truly Exceptional Customer Service!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Exceptional Customer Service!I recently needed warranty support for my Oline ErgoPro Ergonomic Office Chair after the mesh backrest detached. From the moment I reached out, Lola from Oline’s customer service was a standout. Her communication was kind, prompt, and incredibly professional. She made the entire process seamless, from requesting photos to confirming the replacement shipment. What truly impressed me was this: when shipping delays occurred, she arranged to have a team member personally drop off the replacement backrest at my door. That level of care and responsiveness is rare these days. The chair itself has been fantastic, and now I’m even more confident in the company behind it. Massive thanks to Lola and the Oline team. You turned a potential headache into a five-star experience.I highly recommend HeyOline.com for both their ergonomic products and their outstanding customer support.Adán Gama PuffelisLos Angeles, CA

Overall a great chair will buy more in the future!
This chair is great! Very simple assembly with a great tool and hardware layout system. Chairs are super comfortable and temperature regulating due to the all mesh design. Chair is very sleek looking with all black framing and gray mesh with chrome wheel supports. The roller blade wheels make maneuvering in this chair a breeze -- with that being said the chair does move fast when standing up or sitting down so be careful with that. The lumbar support is a bit of an interesting concept, it is a fixed support that adjusts based on the pressure you apply when seated, some coworkers complain that it does not apply to their lumbar area due to their height.

60% of Aeron comfort at 20% the price
Value and Comfort: If you are looking for a Herman Miller Aeron clone or something similar, this is close. I do not find is as comfortable as the Aerons that I have at work but it is 20% the cost with probably 60% of the comfort. However, secondhand Aerons are similarly-priced and, if are i good shape, can maintain their comfort from new sales for years so I would recommend perusing local secondhand sales before purchasing this or a comparable office chair because you will get better value.Looks: It does not look cheaply-made and there was no noticeable imperfections even though it arrived in a box that had appeared to have busted open in transit.Adjustment: Has good adjustment capability and fits my body. 5'7" with an athletic 190-pound build. One observation is that I fidget a lot while sitting (crossing my legs, putting them up, sitting sideways) and this chair does not accommodate that movement well. To counter that point, it isn't made for that purpose and so it is just something to be aware of but not an actual shortcoming.

Exceeds expectations 10/10!
This chair is comparable with much higher end products. It beats anything you can find in a big box office supply store. I am 6’2” and it adjusts to fit me perfectly. I sit at a desk most of the day and my last chair was killing my back. Sitting in the Oline chair is heaven. I love the tilt feature and the mesh fabric design. It’s nice leaning back in the chair and feeling a cool breeze through the fabric. 10/10 would recommend!

Sooooooo comfortable!!!
I use this chair to work from home and I wish I could take it to work with me. It is so much more comfortable than my desk chair at work. The color is really pretty and the wheels are really great for rolling on carpet.

It's a solid chair, beautiful colors, and great value.
What I love:> Easy to assemble, and no tools required. It's all provided and clearly labeled as part of the package. It only requires the provided Allen Wrench and all the screws are clearly labeled. Including unboxing and checking inventory, the entire assembly took approximately 1 hour, taking my time.> Visually, the colors are vibrant (I purchased the Navy Blue) and make for a beautiful chair.> Roller-Blade wheels. These are noticeably superior to standard plastic caster wheels on most chairs. They roll very quiet on hardwood floors, and very easily. In fact, maybe a bit too easily. I found I needed to add a floor mat under the chair to keep it from rolling with every movement.> Armrest adjustments are very flexible. Height (6 Stops), Angle (In/Straight/Out), Depth (Slide FWD/Back 4 stops) and Width (Slide Left/Center/Right).> There is no 'PU Leather' (or worse.. fake PU Leather coating) on this chair. Which I love, because on prior gaming chairs I've had, PU always flakes off and ruins the aesthetic. This chair is well formed, feels 'solid' - even plastic parts. What I don't love (but YMMV):> The minimum seat height is 18.5" per the documentation. I'm on the short side. It never occurred to me to measure and check seat min-height, as all prior chairs I've had would sink so low, that it was too low for me. So take that into consideration. The lowest height for this seat is just slightly more than optimal comfort for me.> The mesh is not as tightly pulled as I would like. While this can be comfortable for some, it's not optimal for me, as I sink slightly lower into the seat, which causes some pressure behind my knees and eventual discomfort. This is also due to my height vs lowest seat height.> Lumbar support is "dynamic". Personally, I would prefer a manual adjustment. Yet again, this is where the chair ergonomics vs my height aren't optimal. I also think a tighter mesh pull would help lumbar support. So am I satisfied with it?:> Overall, yes. At least 90%. There's nothing *wrong* with the design nor construction. It's a solid chair, beautiful colors, and great value. But if you're on the shorter side, like me? It might not be optimal for your comfort.
