This has to be the first review I’ve written on Amazon in years. I really wanted to hop on here and let everyone just how amazing this supplement is.I know I just bought it and it can take 2-3 months to see results, but I can already tell this is great and exactly what I was looking for.I was searching everywhere for an all in one supplement to have what I need to help repair my mind and body from years of heavy metals and no one came close to including everything you need except for these guys!From the ALA and B1 and B12 to the turmeric and other floral ingredients, I add this with magnesium malate, vitamin d, potassium citrate, silicic acid I get from Fiji water, and nascent iodine, and I am feeling the detox happening!We really don’t realize how much aluminum and other heavy metals our bodies have accumulated over the years or decades of our lives, and this combination in addition to filtering out water with Berkey filters and eating a clean diet really has saved my life and my sanity.I am only 27 years old and I was experiencing a lot of autoimmune disorders, issues with my adrenals, my mental stability with depression and insomnia were suffering, and even having more issues with my autism, and I seriously can’t thank you enough for this. Going gluten free and eating grass fed beef and milk has helped a lot. I also eat coconut oil, olive oil, lemon and apple cider vinegar water, and inulin powder to further help detox my system from all the toxins.My eye sight has already gotten better and I feel less diabetic as well. It’s simple amazing and I’ve only just started. Rebounding on my mini trampoline has helped get my lymph fluid moving good again as well.I can only imagine how I’m going to feel in 3 months from now and for only $30, this is a steal! Please don’t stop offering this amazing product, thank you for you attention to detail picking each ingredient. This is definitely not just for diabetic nerve damage, I believe everyone should be taking this!I hope this helps and I hope this product gets the recognition it deserves.

I can't really feel any difference

I ordered NeuraZenx in hopes of finding relief from neuropathy in my right foot, as well as chronic nerve pain in my right hand, forearm and elbow. Having taken the maximum prescribed dose of 2 capsules twice daily, the formula seems to have ameliorated these conditions, though one bottle is insufficient to eradicate them. The individual herbs and nutrients would be beneficial on their own, but seem to be a synergistic blend, prompting optimism that accrued benefits will be evident after a second month on NeuraZenx. I can detect no negative side effects, and have no caveats or concerns regarding the purity and processing of ingredients; in fact, I can avow only positive perceptions of the product, having experienced the promising effects of just one month's regimen.

I have been using this supplement for about 2 weeks.I have noticed less feeling of my peripheral limbs going to sleep.I also notice a bump in my energy levels and mental focus.

Useless, waste of money!!!!!!!!!

SO far i think its working great.

I've tried different brands of alpha lipoic acid, but I was intrigued by this one because it included other supplements for inflammation and recovery. It is a high-quality product and seems to work well. It is a good-sized capsule (not too big) and doesn't have a smell, which is always a plus in supplements!
