Great for omelets
I use this everyday when making my omelet. It creates a nice even layer on the frying pan (hexclad) so the eggs slide and don't stick. Highly recommended.

The right all purpose baking spray
I have used these often, and through several bottles. I have tried other methods of spraying Olive oil. the refillable type usually clog quickly, and always go rancid, but these do not fail me.Highly recommend!
