Third class China Product - soft close is practically not working
Got 7 pair 20 inch soft close channels for kitchen drawers having Modular Baskets.4 pair have already lost their soft close feature. Now only can be used as normal channels.However the slder ball bearing itself is not smooth thus requires more force to open and close ... and reminding how these Hettich Agents are fooling by providing a sub standard duplicate product.
