I love this product. I purchased this oil with the intent of ingesting it. After trying it a few times, I found that my body cannot tolerate it. It's horrible and it repeated on me throughout the day. If you read the reviews of this and other black seed oil brands, you'll see that many people can't take it internally.But since I paid for it, I wanted to use it. After reading more about black seed oil, I found that I could put it on my skin. I've been looking for a natural moisturizer for my over 50 skin. I tried prickly pear seed oil for a while but found that my skin was still dry. So, I tried this oil on my skin and it's exactly what I've been looking for. I love it! I put it in my bath water, or on my skin after a shower. It's my primary moisturizer for my face.I definitely recommend for the over 50 crowd.

Always keep in the refrigerator in case you feel weird.This is very good for helping to fight illness. Keep it in your refrigerator in case you wake up and feel like you're getting ill. It has always worked for me.

Haven't had it for very long, so I can't give a detailed review yet. The flavor is yucky, like motor oil, but from what I have read in my research, it doesn't taste good. The size of the bottle is decent size for the price. And is kind of a cool bottle. Liked the box it came in, too. Although, I did notice a crack in the lid today. It's the second time I took the oil. Didn't notice it before. So not sure if the crack was there when I got it or not.

My naturopath recommended that I take black seed oil daily for my health. I make bulletproof coffee every morning and add this and MCT oil to my coffee every morning and blend it. This is This is a good price for this quality of organic product and it only takes a little bit in my coffee each morning. Doctor says it's working well and doing what's supposed to do in my blood work. So I will continue to buy this product and I use it probably 5 days a week.

This is not black seed oil, I don't know what it is. At first I was happy that I found black seed oil pills that are dark in color, not yellowish like other diluted brands. After taking 20+ pills over seveal days, I don't feel anything so I became suspicious and cut open 2 pills to inspect the elements inside. To my surprise, the color of the internal liquid was dark red, not black like pure black seed oil or yellow like other diluted brand which I posted a photo for comparison here. I then tasted the oil directly and found that the bitter/tingling taste is there but it has no aroma of black seed oil. I have eaten both black seed (nigella sativa) raw and the pure oil cold pressed from it before, and this dark red oil is not the same. I don't know what they put in this, but it is not black seed oil from what I have known. Learn from my mistake, do not buy this.
