I have had an urostomy for the last 3 years. My success with maintaining a seal has fluctuated causing more frequent wafer changes and skin irritation. My girlfriend is a medical professional and changes my wafer when needed. She does a better job than me and is very vigilant to manage skin irritation and adhesive removal. time between wafer changes became shorter and shorter with more irritation. after using these wipes for about a month we notice the seal around the wafer keeps its integrity. changes are made every 3 or 4 days and skin irritations/redness is about gone. we believe its due to this product. I also changed my ostomy belt from holister to Threlaco. Threlaco belt is so much more comfortable and supportive. and cheaper. No leaks irritations or concerns. I love this stuff

Safe n Simple is excellent as a general cleanser, easy on the skin, no stinging, no harsh odor, large size. Good for travel. Removes mild adhesives easily but I use a stronger adhesive remover for stubborn spots then follow-up with this wipe. I rinse area after with plain water even tho packaging says new adhesive can be applied directly over wipe area when dry, then apply skin protectant. Will need to try skin protectant right over Safe n Simple cleanser/adhesive remover.

So much easier than a spray adhesive remover!

These wipes work well to remove glue residue. My only complaint is that I wish they were larger.
