Inaccurate body temperature reading
Absolutely useless on little kids since it requires them to sit still and not to move, which is not possible. Manual says temperature needs to be measured precisely on a spot between eyebrows, otherwise reading will be inaccurate. Even in that case it doesn't match true body temperature that was measured in armpit. Suitable for surface temperature measurement though.

Inaccurate most of the time. Gives unnecessary scares
I genuinely hate this product. Please do not buy if you are a heart patient. This gave me one of the biggest scares of my life. My 2 year old toddler woke up with a viral and was hot and I checked the temperature using this: 105,107.4,106. These are the readings i got.Checked it with two others and got 101-102. (Which are correct btw)I have used many infrared/forehead thermometers but this is by far the worst. I would want a refund because it does not do the one thing it is supposed to do correctly. It gives correct readings 3/10 times and has awful user experience design.DO NOT BUY!

Random number generator
The quality is terrible… Out of 10 measurements on the same person, you get 10 different readings… with a variation of 2 degrees… The child has a fever of 38°C, but the thermometer shows anything from 36.4°C to 38.6°C…
