Don't buy
The remote didn't work contaced the seller and he kept sending you tube videos about how to start the walking belt, refused to replace the damaged remote so I told him I will return it and haven't heard from him since then

Excellent customer service
I’ve had the machine for 8/9 months now and has been great for walks. I wouldn’t recommend for running. Had issues with it recently and they were able to come collect it abs fix and bring it back the next day. Overall amazing product for the price.

الجودة ممتازه وتي جاهزه بس ننزل الابليكيشن ولازم نربط حزام الامان علشان يشتغل عيبه وايد وايد ثقيل وما دخل تحت الكنب وحجمه وايد كبير بالنسبه لي كنت ابا شي سمبل وخفيف علشان اقدر اشله واحطيه تحت الكنب بس للاسف طلع كبير جدا وثقيييييل وايد وما فيه خاصية صوت يعني فيه الي احسن منه
