It’s good enough to do the main jobs although not as good as the genuine parts. Does not pick up the fluff of the carpet

The package arrived with the items as in the description. Unfortunately the quality of the items is not as good as the original ones. We have only used the mop clothes and for sure they cannot be compared with the original ones. It's only for emergencies only when you don't have any of the original ones. Although we haven't used any other items I surely doubt that the rest of them would be better in quality. Additionally packaging could be better.

I have an S5, since I've used this new shaped brush roller (no one seems to make the old shape that I originally got wit the hoover) fluff just builds up on the brush rather than being sucked into the box. so the carpet is only half clean and the box is empty but the brush is completely blocked up with fluff. what plastic side brushes won't sit flat on the floor either, have tried everything I can think of but just doesn't seem to clean the hard floors or carpets as well as it did before I installed these new parts

If you are after the roller brush get the original one as this one does not collect even half of what compared to the original. Rest of the kit okay, although not tested the mop attachment.
