Good texture
I think they taste good for what they are but it's the texture I really enjoy. They stay crunchy without needing to be overly dry.

The best cereal. Clean ingredients that you can feel good about and stays crunchy in the milk. The taste is wonderful. Add in a few berries and it is a go to breakfast.

Deliciously Crunchy - Great with Honey!
If you are looking for a high fiber, low sugar cereal this is a great choice. This arrived on Mother's Day so I had cereal for breakfast. I drizzled a little honey on it and poured on some whole milk. With the honey it was perfectly sweet. I will say this is very crunchy and does take a strong jaw to chew it. It has quinoa, millet, spelt, barley, oat and wheat in it so very filling. The expiration date was all the way out to November 2025! Everything arrived in great condition and I am very happy with this cereal as it tastes delicious and is very nourishing.~The Rebecca Review

This cereal tastes delicious. I love how this flake cereal doesn’t get soggy when you add in extra fruits. Heritage Flakes has an amazing crunch from start to finish. Definitely my favorite gluten-free morning cereal. Yum!
