I've been using this a week. I haven't noticed a difference in my gut or overall health, but I already eat plenty of produce. I like that I can get fiber and nutrients from whole foods rather than a supplement that is not as bioavailable. Mostly interested in a probiotic. I hate Miralax and find that this does not upset my bowels. The flavor is not strong, it's kinda like drinking watered down berry instant oatmeal. Blends okay, but will settle after time and need to be stirred again.

I'll always love this product look for the lead warning however on some of the older ones good price, especially when on sale much cheaper than in the stores as somebody who depends on supplements. I find this one consistently good and been taking the green one for 25 years. This one is good as well. Good company. I hope that they take led out ?

Ive been taking for 6 months now every day. It has made my bowels more happy and regular. However, it did take a while to get used to the flavor. And it is not pinkish red as the lics show. It linda tastes like berries but that would be mild if at all. I at first started mixing it to orgain protein powder and that was a rough swallow. Then I found another competator protein powder that starts with a "V" and has a vanilla flavor that pairs nicely and used that with this for a few months. Now I am able to use it with just water, BUT I use 16oz of cold filtered water which sounds like a lot, but it goes down fine with my other vitamins. I am probably just used to the flavor now. Its been around 15.00 these last 6 months. I wouldn't buy it at the listed full price. I dont think it would be worth the full price.

This stuff is great and does not negatively affect the taste of the smoothie. Between the berry and the green one you can put this in almost any type of smoothie without it affecting the flavor. I was feeling like I was coming down with a cold over the weekend. I had one of those awful stabbing sore throats, and I have been having a smoothie with this every morning for the last four days and feel so much better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’m sensitive to stimulants so I was drawn to this because it doesn’t have coffee beans or green tea extract. Also, happy birthday that it’s soy free. The price is fantastic! I bought the berry flavor and it tastes great just mixed with water. It mixes easily and has a smooth texture.

I did not like the flavor. I drank it while holding my breath. I tried it with 12 oz water, then half water half juice. The juice made it more palatable but still not good. BUT I found that 1 serving every few days made my gut happier than ever.

This stuff has a better taste then some then the non-immunity version. I think it has healthier ingredients also but does cost a little more.

It seemed working for my weak gut with the probiotics but it tastes weird.
