Q: My wifi router doesnt have enough bandwidth to reach till my room , so i connect the usb end to a normal charging adaptor and connect a ethernetcabel

Do you mean range instead of bandwidth? This device is to basically use your usb port if you do not have a physical RJ45 connector on your PC. You plug this device to the PC and on the other end of the device plug in the ethernet cable then you can plug the remaining end of ethernet cable to the device you want to network to (Router, PC etc.)

Q: Will this work on samsung smart TV ?

Never used. But this needs drivers.
