Very interesting product!
Very interesting. I bought the extra strength and took 2 pills last night. It took awhile to fall asleep but it did allow my brain to feel calm with my thoughts. Once I did fall asleep I had very vivid dreams - not scary, just intense and vivid most likely related to the Valerian Root. I woke up completely refreshed and will definitely take them again. I think I will take them a little earlier than the time I would like to sleep to start the unwinding process. I took them at 9:40 last night and didn’t fall asleep until about 11:30 so it takes some time to work but I was out after that until 6:30. So I’m happy about that.Update: This absolutely works. I’ve been using it regularly and notice a difference. I dream and sleep 7-8 hours with this and wake up refreshed. It’s amazing actually. This brand works. I use their other stuff too such as Anxie-T extra strength which works too.

Nope, didn't work
I can't take melatonin so I was excited to find this. I hoped it would help my issue of waking and not being able to fall back asleep. I thought it was a good sign the first night when I took it and it gave me that icky Nyquil feeling but nope. Up at 2 am and couldn't get back to sleep. Each consecutive night I took it, it seemed even less effective. Basically a waste of my money.

Gave it a try.
Was hoping this would work for me. The first night I took it I actually slept 6 hours. Although, the next week I would still wake up after 4 hours and could not go back to sleep. Im not saying it’s not good, it just didn’t work for me.
