I really like the shelf, actually the shelf is why I picked this specific “ladder.” I’m a glass artist and store my glass sorted by type and color behind some sliding doors on top of some mounted tool cabinets. When I need glass I need the shelf to place the glass on while selecting the colors and textures. Otherwise I would be going up and down a lot. The wide feet are great for safety, as well. Great product. I highly recommend it. Good value for the money.

I bought this step ladder for my wife to replace an older one that had started to feel a bit unsafe—and she absolutely loves it! I’ve used it myself several times (I’m 220 lbs), and I feel completely secure, even when standing on the top step. It’s very well made, durable, and impressively stable. You can tell right away that it's built to last. Definitely a great upgrade and a purchase I feel confident in. Highly recommended if you're looking for a ladder that combines safety, quality, and peace of mind!

This is a great ladder. I really don't need the 3rd step. I am only about 8 inches from the ceiling on the 2nd step and my reach is perfect. I couldn't go any higher if I wanted to unless I use it outside I guess. It's slip resistant and light weight easy for me to handle. It's small enough to fit behind a door. It's already assembled so that's great and it's built very well. I can't find anything negative to say about it, I don't know how I went without it for so long I was tired of getting up on a chair and that's not a good idea for me. I just got it a week ago and have had it out about 4 times already.

This may sound like an odd gift to give but my niece and her husband just purchased their first home and this is what I got for them. They had no idea it was even on the way when it showed up on their doorstep from Amazon. They had many things to hang like pictures and curtains and what were they using as an alternative? What we all use, a chair! Well that was an accident waiting to happen so I sent onto Amazon to find a solution. They were so happy and told me they were just getting ready to order one when this one arrived on their doorstep!It's super easy to store and built with high quality material with slip resistant skids. The three step, step stool is the perfect ladder for the odd jobs around the house.

I wanted a thee step ladder to supplement the Gorilla brand stools and this was on sale, so I decided to compare the two. I found this HB Tower stool to be very well constructed and it didn't require any assembly. It looks attractive and easily handled my 200 pounds. without affecting the stability. The positive that stood out when I compared it to the Gorilla is that it is a little wider. Finally, it is more light weight than than the other brand but the obvious reason is due to the metal gauge. The HB Tower is well built but based on the gauge, I strongly doubt it can accommodate the same weight - which is why I rated this a four-star vs five-star.

I love this ladder! I needed to get on the fourth step, and I felt perfectly secure, even that high off the ground. It's very sturdy and steady. I am a 74-year-old woman, and I'm rather slight, and I can handle it just fine. I should have bought this a long time ago! Easy to assemble.

My old step stool didn’t get me up as high as I need to go & felt wobbly. I’m in my 70s so I needed a safe new step stool to use when I need to stand on the top step to retrieve things on my highest shelves. I love this step stool. It’s very secure and when I stand on it, I feel safe.

I am happy to say I reversed my decision. After seeing videos of really bad quality of this product I called customer service and said to cancel the order. However she said it had already shipped therefore I can return after I recived it. Well it arrived early and what is worth I thought I would open the pkg and see.I am happy I did . Looks really good and serves the purpose I ordered it. Seems sturdy and safe.I recommend but make sure you don’t get the crappy ones some customers unfortunately recieved.
