Bose Quality
Easy Install and setup. Note that the TV remote volume control will only work if you install with USB rather than the included optical cord. Sound with my 5 year old Samsung is good on broadcast TV and much better on Netflix, etc. movies. Sound is great on Bluetooth music stream for a speaker this compact. Bass control is great but treble makes for a bit thin sound on certain listening. High quality as expected from Bose. Wish there was an app associated with the soundbar so I could pair with other Bose speaker I own.

Sound bar
I bought this as a gift for my husband. We are both enjoying it. We use it in our great room. I don't know that it would be sufficient for the audiophile that has a separate "movie" screening room, but it certainly suits our needs.

Awesome soundbar with great features!
Pretty great soundbar! A bit pricey for what it is but it sounds great so I can’t complain too much. I love that you can tune the bass and there’s a dialogue enhancement feature. There’s not much else I want from a soundbar, this checked all the boxes and had a few additional features that made it an even better pick up. Overall a great soundbar!

Good, but not great....This is a TV SPEAKER! Not a SOUNDBAR
The sound bar was nicely packed and had all of the wires I needed for a fast and easy installation. The equipment setup was super easy with only the power and optical cords to plug in. I was replacing a Samsung sound bar and the hookups were exactly the same. I replaced my old soundbar with the Bose because my old remote stopped working and I was hoping for a greatly improved quality of sound. Didn't get it. Please note that this item is not a SOUNDBAR, it is a TV speaker (I failed to note this when I ordered it on Amazon) With the legendary sound quality of Bose I expected much more. While the quality of sound is far better than the TV speakers, the bass is inadequate. The instructions claim that I can adjust it, but following the simple instructions I detected no difference in either the + or - direction. Very disappointed with that. The sound is slightly tinny without the full theater sound I'd expected.This speaker is NOT cheap by any means, which I expected from Bose - you get what you pay for. But if I had to do it over again I'd opt for a cheaper Samsung Soundbar with the full base capability. Yes, I could return it, but I'm just not that unhappy with the produce and I feel the Bose will last as long as I do.

Bose TV Speaker
The Bose TV Speaker has worked out great. I've had an occasional issue with a bad handshake between my TV and the soundbar switching back to the TV speakers. But that's an ARC thing that is quickly resolved by shutting off both for a few seconds and restarting. Highly recommend the Bose as a budget friendly upgrade.
