Does exactly what it's supposed to. Quality solution to my problem.
I needed to boost the gain from a Bluetooth receiver attached to an aux input on my old Bang & Olufsen Beocenter 9000 stereo. Rummaging around in the parts bin, I fished out a little Bravo Audio tube headphone amp I had laying around to use as a preamp but couldn't find the 1/4" TPS-to-1/8" TPS adapter that came with it so I could connect to the stereo. I decided to buy this 1/4" TPS-to-Female RCA adapter to use in the headphone output jack on the amp so I could use a male/male RCA-to-DIN cable from there to the aux input on the stereo. Why would I go to so much trouble to listen to streaming audio on a 35-year-old stereo? Because I just spent 2 months electronically restoring it and have been making mixtapes with the cassette deck to listen to in an old car. It's way easier to make a Spotify playlist, stream it across the room with Bluetooth to record on the Beocenter than to record each track from various CDs or the turntable. This 1/4" TPS-to-RCA adapter works perfectly and now I have total control over gain, so my tapes have uniform volume from track to track. Is it more expensive than it should be? Yes. I could buy the male TPS plug and solder RCA cables to it more cheaply, but my time is worth something. It's $10 and it was delivered to my door, overnight, for free, which was really convenient. We really are living in the future.

A small but vital component for my hobby
This patch cord is very handy for my current pastime, transferring 78 shellac discsto cassette tape masters. The turntable feeds into an amp, where bass and trebleadjustments are made, then out from the amp's headphone jack (using the abovecord) to take advantage of these audio trimmings, and into a SONY cassette deck. When a tape is complete, it's used as a master for burning CDs, but once again, the patch cord comes into play. From the cassette deck to the amp, bass and treble adjusted AGAIN, then through theheadphone jack to a TEAC CD burner combo. Double filtering helps eliminate a greatdeal of shellac surface noise while it boosts bass levels dramatically. A very effectiveway to improve and enhance the sound of antique 78s without having to resort to Dolby, which to me ruins the freshness of records with its heavy shearing of frequencies effect.Yes mine is a specialized need yet I'd be unable to proceed without this device.

Amazon ! Nice to have around— and two day delivery, that’s a no waiter.
As you can see above, the number of cables that I have purchased, covers a lot of different configurations. I have a need for cables with RCA (red, white or black and video yellow) on one end and with a SVideo on the other end. There’s just not many electronic stores around anymore.I’m happy that I don’t have to look any farther than Amazon.

The drum kick is the heart beat when make music
I like it and it’s working well. Since I can’t find a decent guitar or bass player to keep up with my drum kit. I plug the poyiccot from my phone to the amp and play along with my iTunes songs.
