Surprisingly easy to connect and not too bad to install. It can be a little tight when making some of the electrical connections, but make sure you use a low profile screw to attach the unit, and that will help with the space a bit.

Item seems to be of good quality, and the features are promising

The instruction manual refers to a green light and a red light. I find no light. There is a large RF area on the screen which is not explained in the manual, although there are several mentions of a “card” and there is an antenna for RFID. There are two wiring harnesses for two “jumpers” on the circuit board but no information about what to do with J2. I cannot find any information on their website. I can’t use it and I took so long trying to figure it out that I can’t return it.

I added this to complete the gates system, more option in the event I did not have the remote to open the gate. Works well additionally, I can relay the code and have people enter/exit the compound without I having to be onsite.

The keypad works great, and adds an extra level of security to you gate when paired with the RFID tags. The keypad can be set to be always back lit, which I liked. The pad is touch sensitive, almost to the point it will indicate a key press if you barely touch it.However it is NOT WATERPROOF.The front faceplate seems waterproof, but the back isn't... There is no back cover. It does come with a gasket for the back though, but you will need to seal it better.

Works as advertised. Easily programmable, and simple to install.
