This may appear to the casual observer like just another overpriced disposable pen, but don't be fooled. This is a high-quality refillable writing implement that is designed especially for people who suffer from hand pain issues.I have osteoarthritis in both hands, and the pen was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I have only had it for a month, but it is extremely comfortable and easy to use. It feels like it could last for years and years with proper care. The best part is that it's completely refillable with standard G2 cartridges. The fact that it uses gel is a big bonus for me as that is my preferred type of pen.It's true that this costs a little bit more than disposable pens, but that is not really a fair comparison. It makes much more sense to compare this pen, high-quality refillable pens that generally cost quite a bit more money. When you consider what you are getting, this is a great value. As it becomes more difficult for me to use other pens I expect this will be my new go to writing tool. I like it so much. I'll probably end up buying a few more, not because this one will wear out, but because I am the type of person who likes to have pens available wherever I go.If you suffer from hand pain, seriously, give one of these a try. Yes you can buy a 10 pack of cheaper pens for the same price. I've tried them. They are not the same. The weight, ergonomics, functionality and quality of this pen are top-notch. Well, worth the money.

Great pen! It’s nice the ink is refillable so it reduces waste. It’s held up well considering I write all day for work. Ink is nice and clear and doesn’t seem to bleed through. I actually bought a second one. Only complaint is I wish the grip was softer since I do write all day.

This is the most comfortable pen that I have ever written with. I have trouble gripping other pens because I have arthritis and unfortunately my penmanship is now greatly improved.

My hand is pleased with this. Due to a fractured wrist where the reconstructive surgery did not last, I ordered this for the thicker grip. No wrist pain from writing anymore.

Smooth ink flow, does not smear lovely quality, functions well, gel ink dries quickly, loving the purple color. This is a thick pen designed for writing comfort, their words, and yes it is.
