Works Fine With Mac
I saw some reviews that say it doesn’t work or doesn’t work well with Mac but mine works fine. So here’s a review of the item itself and if the Mac experience.First, it has a comically small storage space. like 8 megabytes if I remember correctly. If you plan to put 100 sound effects in it, make sure you get the file sizes down as small as possible either by using shorter clips or by lowering the quality. At higher quality, I currently have 33 clips of varying lengths in it and can probably fit just a few more. If you plan to have it play one sound and/or swap that sound out occasionally, you’ll have no issues. It is plug and play/drag and drop but you should format it first. It will show up on your Mac desktop as a drive same as any thumb drive or as card. Just format it right away. There must be hidden files on there taking up some space. You’ll free up quite a bit when you do that. The thing is only like 8 megabytes so you need all you can get. Then just drag your files right onto it. It really likes mp3’s so convert everything to that format. I use garageband. That’s also a good time to reduce the sound level of the files because this thing has no volume control. If the sound effect is medium even a little loud on your Mac it’s gonna be very loud out of the button. You can’t easily change the order of the sounds in the button but there is a workaround. The button will play the sounds in the order they’re first added to it which is numerical and alphabetical. If you change file names in the button to change the order, it won’t work. Remove them from the button, change the file names either alphabetically or by adding a number to them, then mass drag all of them back into the button and then it should play them in your preferred order. I had some kinds it just insisted on playing out of order and there’s one it strangely likes to play twice. For what it is and how inexpensive it is, I had to give it all 5 stars. It’s a little quirky but not frustrating. It does what I need it to do which is play stupid sound effects whenever someone presses it.

My kids can't sleep without them
I recorded myself singing lullabies for my kids and I hear them listening to me sing them back to sleep randomly throughout the night and it's Daddy's voice not a noise machine

MAC USERS -- READ FIRST
Ok, this button is pretty good, i bought it as a gag gift for a retiring colleague -- and it works just fine but there is one thing you need to know if you're using this on a MAC -- there is a program called 'clean my drive' and I had bought a different brand button that tells you to make sure to clean the 'junk' off your button 'drive' (because it's basically a usb drive with a speaker). But this brand didn't come with that instruction.1. IF YOU DON'T CLEAN THE JUNK OFF THE USB BUTTON, IT WON'T PLAY A SOUND ON EVERY PUSH.When i first loaded my sounds onto the USB button, i had to hit the button at least 2 times until it played the next sound. After clean my drive deleted the junk, it worked perfectly.2. I had to SEVERELY REDUCE THE VOLUME OF MY SOUNDS USING AN ONLINE CONVERTER.Even lowering the volume in Garageband didn't seem to make a difference. Finally i found an online mp3 volume adjustment website, and reduced the volume by 70% -- then it sounded about right.CONCLUSION:The button is great but without the above instructions you'll literally drive yourself crazy trying to make it right. You would never know to clean the button 'drive' of junk or how to get the volume down to a reasonable level. For what it's worth I also exported mp3 files to 'medium' quality because the speaker is pretty low res anyhow so file size seemed more important. So far working well, In the past with other brands I've needed to replace batteries often. We'll see what happens with this one.Good Luck!

Great product, easy to set up and use
I purchased 9 of these buttons as a gift to work colleagues, which I have packed with 180 sound bites. It was a great success and setting up the button was a lot of fun and super easy. Here are some takeaways:1. I used PC. Mac experience might be different.2. Make sure to delete the default audio file (fog horn)3. The button plays the audio files in the order they were uploaded. On PC, it's important to avoid select - drag - drop, as that would identify one of the files as a "first". Instead, mark the entire folder, and use copy - paste to transfer the files4. The button's file system is FAT which has a file limit - I observed 124 files. Fortunately, the device would read files from folders, so that worked out very well.5. This button is loud, but the loud sounds are heavily distorted. To avoid that, master your audio at -12dB; I used MP3Gain to losslessly tune my MP3s to 85%, which achieved the same results. Furthermore, I used a high pass filter at 100Hz, which further help clear the sound coming from the little speaker.6. Make sure you trim the start and end of audio files. That will give a smooth response from the button.7. If 8MB seems too little, convert your files to mono and reduce the MP3 bitrate to 64Kbps. You can easily get a 8 minutes total play time.
