We Are From the Ocean and these Are Amazing
These are amazing for helping with fatigue. I just add one to my morning water daily. I usually eat a ketogenic diet and this is one things I use to keep my electrolyte balance where it needs to be.

The product that I received contains only sodium and does not include any of the other ingredients that were advertised. This discrepancy is quite concerning. Additionally, I discovered that returning the product is not an option, which adds to my frustration. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience.DON’T BUY IT.

my son plays Football in 102 heat and this is the only thing I trust to keep him hydrated. SO much better than sports drinks full of sugar and artificial dyes...plus this works on a deep cellular level. I take it when I fly, or get sick or need some extra hydration also. LOVE!
